React UI Developer | Hybrid (3 days WFO) | London | 12+ Month Contract
We’re seeking an experienced React UI Developer to join our London-based team on a 12+ month hybrid contract. You’ll work on building modern, high-performance user interfaces for trading and carbon credit management systems in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

🧠 Responsibilities
Develop scalable and responsive web applications using React 18 and TypeScript
Build interactive dashboards and data grids with enterprise UI libraries (AG Grid, DevExpress, etc.)
Implement secure authentication using Azure MSAL (Microsoft Authentication Library)
Create real-time features with SignalR for live trading and reporting updates
Integrate with REST APIs using Axios and generated API clients (Orval)
Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences
🎯 Preferred Experience
Azure Cloud and deployment pipelines
Blazor (WebAssembly/Server) knowledge – highly desirable
Experience with data visualization and reporting dashboards
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards
Exposure to energy trading, carbon markets, or environmental compliance systems
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in modern front-end development
