Job Description:
- Experience with Quest Migrator for Notes to SharePoint Console
- Experience with Lotus Notes 9 Social Edition
- SharePoint development & configuration skills
- Good understanding of Quest tool and options to migrate content
- Good understanding of Windows and SharePoint security to get Quest migrator tool operational in TM environment
- Execute the migration of ~30 Notes applications to SharePoint as either lists or doc libraries
- No application functionality / logic is required to be migrated - the target is only acting as a repository for archived content
- Remediate the lists or doc libraries where necessary i.e. views, field names
- Unit test
- Ensure all documents in Notes are accounted for. Assumed that for business specific databases all content will be migrated regardless of readers field
- Spot check – documents with rich text, embedded images, attachments, web links etc. are migrated (it is understood that doc links cannot migrate)
- Thomas Miller will provide access to Notes administrator & SharePoint developer for help in setup
