Role Title: Test Lead
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days from office)

Must Have Skills:
Test Lead in commercial insurance or regulated financial services
SAS policy administration platforms
This role is part of a large-scale transformation program within the commercial insurance domain and offers the chance to lead end-to-end testing strategy across a complex, multi-vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and enhance QA gap analysis focusing on SAS platforms and integrations
Develop and implement a comprehensive E2E Test Strategy aligned with the transformation roadmap (Jan 2026 – mid-2027)
Lead multi-vendor testing coordination to ensure quality delivery
Define and execute detailed test plans including design, environments, resources, and timelines
Coordinate QA activities across UK, India, and US time zones
Act as the single point of accountability for overall test quality
Provide regular updates and risk assessments to senior stakeholders
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Test Lead in commercial insurance or regulated financial services
Strong knowledge of SAS policy administration platforms
Experience managing complex multi-vendor testing environments
Expertise in test strategy and execution for large transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
