Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Management: Handle data maintenance tickets and ensure timely resolution using Service Now.
- Master Data Creation/Maintenance: Perform CRUD operations on product master data.
- Data Quality Monitoring: Assess and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and implement data quality standards.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work with data owners and stakeholders to address data issues. Participate in daily stand-up calls.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate data quality reports and document maintenance processes.
- Project Coordination & Governance: Support data governance policies and assist in forming a global data steward group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
Skills:
- Familiarity with MDM tools and platforms (e.g., SAP MDG, Service Now)
- Minimum 5 years of data stewardship experience, preferably in Product Master Domain and total IT experience 10+ years.
- Must have: Chemical and industrial material knowledge.
- Ability to chase data across different groups and ensure timely updates.
