Job Description:
Senior Test Program Manager with Delivery experience, Test management and Stakeholder management skills.
The Test Management Office (TMO) lead will oversee, manage, coordinate, and socialize all TMO activities and will manage the TMO plan and reporting across all IT functions and stakeholders being the central point of escalation.
Own and drive the overall Test Governance and support client with the required test services to deliver their IT enabled change.
Identifies the testing demand, capabilities and services required from BAU, Modernization and Strategic change initiatives and works with client and its Delivery Partners to ensure these are appropriately estimated/budgeted for, appropriately resourced, and delivered in line with the TMO functions and services meeting the TMO quality KPIs, outcomes and deliverables; attending quarterly and monthly reviews and providing timely rolled up impact assessments and estimations taking input from the TMO Team; develops and owns the estimation model.
Engage relevant stakeholders internal or external to customer to socialize the TMO, its frameworks, tools and capabilities, best practices and assist in defining and maturing Ways of Working relevant and specific to the TMO functions and Services.
Be the Representative for all interactions and engagements with Client's PMO, Change Management, Platform Owner, Technical Shared Services team.
Drive TMO initiatives on Automation, NFT, TDM, TEM , DevOps, TestOps.
Define KPI's, Track and report them regularly to customer stakeholders.
Owns the overall TMO training plan; manages and coordinates training and socialization of all required TMO related Training
Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strong PnC Insurance/London Markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.
