Job Title: Principal Consultant – SAP S/4HANA & RISE-INSIDE IR35
Possibility of Remote Work: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite in London per week)

Core Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA with RISE, leveraging ECS, BTP, and the Bluefield conversion approach.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery.
Deliver expert-level support and configuration for Cloud Connector, SAP BTP, Datasphere, and SAC.
Provide S/4HANA and BTP Basis expertise, including system setup, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with best practices for system integration, migration, and security across cloud and on-premise landscapes.
Support post-go-live optimization and knowledge transfer.
Mandatory Skills:
SAP S/4HANA and RISE platform (Basis-level experience)
SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Basis expertise
Cloud Connector (Basis) administration and configuration
SAP ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services)
SAP Datasphere and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) implementation experience
Bluefield S/4HANA conversion methodology
Candidate Profile:
8+ years of hands-on SAP Basis experience, including recent projects with RISE and BTP
Proven success in client-facing consulting roles within large-scale S/4HANA implementations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in hybrid teams across multiple time zones and locations
