Role Title: Principal Consultant (Planning Lead)

We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant – Planning Lead to spearhead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning modules for a major Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. This role requires deep functional expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, GOP, and S&OP, combined with strong leadership skills for multi-country rollouts in Europe.
Solution Design & Implementation
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, GOP, and S&OP.
Conduct fit-gap analyses and develop functional specifications (BRD, FDD, CWB).
Ensure solutions align with CPG-specific processes and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and IT.
Facilitate workshops, CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions across European business units.
Integration & Data Migration
Oversee integrations with Oracle Cloud modules and external systems (OIC, REST APIs, SOAP).
Manage FBDI/ADFDI data migration from legacy systems.
Reporting & Analytics
Design and deliver OTBI and BI Publisher reports for order tracking, fulfillment KPIs, and inventory management.
Support demand forecasting and supply planning analytics.
Leadership & Governance
Lead cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore).
Deliver training and hyper-care support post go-live.
Ensure compliance with EU regulations and CPG industry standards.
8+ years in Oracle Planning modules, including 6+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Experience in at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Planning implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, GOP, and S&OP.
Deep understanding of CPG industry processes (trade promotions, direct-to-store delivery, multi-tier distribution).
Familiarity with European tax and logistics regulations.
Oracle Cloud certifications in Planning modules.
Experience with ICS/OIC integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
Multilingual (English required; Dutch is a plus).
