We are looking for a Principal Consultant to lead and deliver large-scale Oracle Cloud Fusion projects. You will play a critical role in guiding delivery, managing integrations, and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and secure. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical depth and stakeholder management expertise.
Lead and deliver projects on time and on budget, managing risks, issues, and resolution options.
Translate complex business and technical risks into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.
Mentor and guide OIC Integration Development, including setup, configuration, and management.
Coordinate OIC support and align with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.
Understand end-to-end configuration, dependencies, and behaviour of Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations.
Manage development and execution of critical test cases focusing on security, resiliency, scale, and performance.
Partner with development teams to resolve production issues in Oracle Cloud environments.
Define and implement product enhancements to improve business value and system performance.
Collaborate with cloud operations teams to troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve production issues.
Proven experience as a Principal Consultant / Lead Architect on Oracle Cloud Fusion programmes.
Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – setup, configuration, support, and mentoring.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations (HCM, ERP, or SCM).
Background in test case development (security, performance, resiliency).
Track record of stakeholder engagement across business and IT, including senior leadership.
Ability to translate strategy into deliverables while ensuring delivery discipline.
