Job Description:
Primary : Power Platform
Secondary: Dynamics
Meeting with the development team to discuss product ideas. Analyzing market and industry product trends. Determining product feasibility costs and return on investments. Developing design ideas based on customer interests, budgets, and market research.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Ideal candidate would have 10+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM, preferably with multiple versions
- Highly desirable Knowledge of other Power Platform components such as Canvas Apps, PVA, Power BI, Power Automate etc
- Knowledge of SharePoint Knowledge of Application Insights and its dataverse integration
- You will possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting.
- Essential skills Experienced in implementing, operating, tuning and troubleshooting Dynamics CE/CRM systems, ideally in multiple industries.
- Experience with advanced Dynamics 365 CE modules configuration and management (Customer Service, Sales Hub must have.
Essential Experience
- Previous Manufacturing experience working within a business that produces precision engineered products, in a highly regulated industry
- Demonstrate working in cross functional project roles/teams both internally and in a customer facing role.
