Role : Polaris Product Writer

Responsibilities:
- Create, improve and maintain content for our Polaris products to ensure it reaches the target audience and helps drive success for both current users and potential clients.
- Translate complex product functionalities into easy-to-understand user guides, FAQ's, higher-level awareness training materials, microcopy, UI texts, and more.
- Work closely with the product team, gaining an in-depth understanding of product functionalities, benefits and user experience.
- Conduct audience analysis to understand user needs and tailor content accordingly, creating highly effective and tailored communications.
- Ensure that all product-related information is accurate, easy to understand, and updated in line with product changes or feature updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Technical Writing or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical writing or product documentation in a technology/software setup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical features in common language.
- Proficient in using content management systems and other documentation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to break down complex information, and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- A proven track record illustrating an ability to meet tight deadlines while producing quality content.
