Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) professional to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-level identity management solutions using Oracle Identity Manager.
Design, deploy, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager solutions to manage user lifecycle (provisioning, deprovisioning, role management).
Integrate OIM with enterprise systems, directories (LDAP, AD), and third-party applications.
Customize workflows, adapters, connectors, and approval processes within OIM.
Develop and maintain SOA composites for OIM.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user provisioning, authentication, and access controls.
Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches for OIM and related components.
Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
Work closely with security, application, and infrastructure teams to define and enforce identity governance.
Document system configurations, processes, and support procedures.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
Strong knowledge of Java, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and SOA Suite.
Experience with OIM connectors (e.g., AD, LDAP, SAP, etc.).
Good understanding of RBAC, identity governance, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and access reviews.
Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) is a plus.
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in integrating OIM with cloud applications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce).
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
Oracle certifications (e.g., OIM Implementation Specialist).
