Job Overview

Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Lead

Location: Leeds (Fully onsite)

Contract: 6 months

Sector: UK Public Sector

Objective: Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management. Guide projects through SDLC and translate complex technical solutions for diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation and ongoing support of HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management).

Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR), and hypercare.

Lead client discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports.

Translate technical solutions for technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.

Apply HCM technical tools: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader.

Guide projects through full SDLC: CRPs/playback sessions, training preparation, configuration documentation, and change requests.

Prepare status reports with RAG metrics, maintain RAID logs.

Coach and mentor team members (5+ team members).

Must-Have Skills

12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation for Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management in UK Public Sector.

Strong knowledge of HCM technical tools (HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader).

Excellent communication skills for technical, business, and management audiences.

Experience with SDLC lifecycle management.

Experience in planning and leading integrations, data migrations, and reporting discussions.
