JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Málaga
EXPERIENCE
· Have experience setting high expectations, reporting, and analysing KPI´s at an executive level
· Working knowledge of structured problem-solving tools (DMAIC, Statistical Process Control, Kaizen, Process Mapping, 5S, Fishbone, etc.)
· Proven strength in problem solving and advance data/statistical analysis.
· Demonstrable experience changing the IT operations process & procedures.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System, IT Engineering or similar. Master’s degree in finance, Business or Computer Science is an advantage
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
· Be innovative and creative, to suggest improvement actions.
· Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean
· Think out of the box
· Problem analysis and solving capabilities.
· Have a good communication & collaboration ability.
· Be able to adapt & embrace change.
· Be able to deal with complexity and uncertainty
· Have a good level of English
· Team and Stakeholders Management
· Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage

· Experience in process improvement, based on Data Driven Model.
· Experience in defining an IT Quality Model
