Bachelor in any stream with good communication skill having relevant experience of minimum 7-10 years.
Network/Security & ITIL certification is preferred.
Proficient in managing network and security products such as firewall, Switches, routers, WAF, VPN, PAM, End point protection software’s etc.
Candidate should have knowledge on specific OEM products like, Cisco, F5, Fortigate Firewall, Ivanti, Cybereason, Nexus etc.
Candidate should have knowledge on Voice infrastructure such as Cisco Voice gateway, call manager etc.
Candidate should have fair knowledge on Teams integration and call routing techniques.
Candidate Should have knowledge on device backup, monitoring, hardening, upgrade, privilege access management etc.
Should be able to design and develop architectural diagrams specific to network and security.
Strong communicator in terms of managing ISP relationship.
Fair understanding on cloud connectivity and terminologies
Candidate should have knowledge on managing physical devices and can able to support rack mounting, cabling along with vendor.
Candidate should be able to contribute to root cause analysis process.
Adheres to customer defined process and procedures.
Design and implement advanced network solutions to meet organizational needs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Maintain and update network security measures and policies.
provide Incident escalation and interact as necessary with Customer Third-Party Vendor; and escalate hardware and other Third-Party Vendor related malfunctions to Customer Third-Party Vendor for Resolution in accordance with agreed service level.
Qualifications: -
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
Extensive knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Strong proficiency in network security concepts and best practices.
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
