Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft and API design/development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing scalable and secure integration solutions across enterprise systems. Experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define API-led connectivity strategies.
Design and document integration patterns, data flows, and API specifications (RAML/OAS).
Provide hands-on development support for complex MuleSoft flows, DataWeave transformations, and API policies.
Oversee the full API lifecycle – from design to deployment and monitoring.
Integrate MuleSoft with MongoDB and other back-end systems where applicable.
Define best practices for security, performance, and scalability of integration solutions.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in integration architecture with at least 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience.
Strong expertise in API design (RESTful APIs, RAML/OpenAPI) and API Management.
Experience working with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Runtime, API Manager, and Exchange.
Proficiency in DataWeave, Mule connectors, and custom policies.
Solid understanding of MongoDB and its integration with MuleSoft.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and logging/monitoring tools for integration environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect / Developer.
Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
Familiarity with other integration tools or ESBs is a bonus.
