Senior Consultant – Microsoft Exchange Server
Location: Berlin (Remote work mode; max 20% on-site travel within Germany with client preapproval)
Contract Duration: 6 months

Role Overview:
The Senior Consultant will design, implement, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments (On-Premises, Online, and Hybrid) for enterprise customers. The role also includes supporting M365 services, migrations, and optimization projects.
Must-Have Skills:
Language: German C1/C2
Experience: 6+ years relevant project experience with enterprise customers
Technical Expertise:
Exchange Server (2016/2019), Exchange Online, and hybrid architectures
Entra ID & Entra Connect
M365 fundamentals
SMTP, Active Directory architecture
Exchange Migrations, Upgrades, Optimizations
Deep troubleshooting skills in Exchange and hybrid environments
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Exchange On-Prem and Exchange Online environments
Design & implement services of Microsoft Exchange Server
Conduct Exchange Server health checks and provide best practice recommendations
Plan and support Exchange migrations to Exchange Online
Conceptualize and implement a self-service portal (ASP.NET / C#) and prepare integration with Power Automate
Support administration of SharePoint and Teams
Troubleshoot 3rd-level issues in Azure, SharePoint, and Exchange
