The Microsoft Azure AI Engineer will work within the Azure Cloud Services team and to help develop and maintain Azure AI services within HSBC.
The Engineer will work closely with HSBC customers by providing help and advice on how to get the most from their customer data using the Machine Learning and AI capabilities of Azure
Key Accountabilities Responsibilities will include:
Engineer solutions on the Azure foundation platform using infrastructure-as-code.
Ensure compliance with centrally defined security
Ensure compliance with Operational risk standards (Audit, Logging, availability)
Update support and operational documentation
Develop and promote the reuse of patterns
Understand the company’s goals and challenges and plan AI strategies
Conduct research and development processes for AI strategies dentify areas where AI application can stimulate business growth
Develop an efficient prototype
Perform tests and troubleshoot issues before final delivery Stay up-to-date on the latest AI emergences relevant to the business domain
Skills:
Qualifications and experience The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:
Experience working in a large financial Azure engineering environment.
Experience managing Azure using automation technologies (CI/CD, Terraform etc).
Azure Machine Learning / AI certification. Essential Skills
Technical appreciation of Azure compliance controls using policies
Understanding of infrastructure as code
Have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
