Job Describtion:
Mainframe-App Support (App Support- Unix PL/SQL)
Expertise :
– Experience in L2 Application Support role preferably from Finance or Banking Industry.
– Technically proficient in Mainframe, CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2 , Batch Monitoring
– Familiarity with ITIL processes (Certification preferred)
–experience in Major Incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management
– Perform the full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities, based on the ITIL Framework: Incident and Problem
– have very strong communication skills(written & verbal) and must be able to: leverage your influencing skills to gain
Good to Have -
SRE, Automation and efficiency Improvement : A person who is passionate about the new tools ( SPLUNK, APPDYNAMIC, etc.), technologies ( Unix, Oracle, Java, Informatica etc.), and processes ( ITIL, DevOps, Agile) and adopt them in the working environment to increase the efficiency and effectiveness.
