🔹 Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe & CICS (Customer Information Control System) – Mandatory
Experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2 will be an added advantage
Must have team handling / team management experience
Ability to lead and mentor team members
Strong problem-solving and production support skills
Experience in working with enterprise banking/financial systems is preferred
