Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of complex projects across the insurance sector, overseeing all key aspects scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Analyze clients' business requirements and translate these into actionable project scopes, plans, and objectives.
- Maintain excellent communication channels with all project stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate updates and effective decision-making processes.
- Identify business improvement opportunities within client organizations and provide insights on how to apply technical solutions for maximum impact.
- Perform quality assurance checks, address any issues, and ensure projects meet necessary specifications and stakeholders' expectations.
- Coordinate closely with the technical team to implement tailored solutions, ensuring work is delivered in line with project timescales and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferable.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the insurance sector, specifically the London insurance market.
- Strong Project Management expertise, with experience managing complex, high-value projects.
- Excellent Business Analysis skills, with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
- PRINCE2, CAPM, or PMP certifications will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allied to a creative yet practical approach to business solutions.
