As a Lead Project Delivery Manager with expertise in Routing, Switching, and WAN technologies, and proficiency in Cisco and Arista solutions, you play a pivotal role in managing and leading numerous projects and deliveries. Your responsibilities encompass the design, implementation, and optimization of network solutions while also supervising and guiding project teams. Here's an overview of the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects related to routing, switching, and WAN, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting project objectives.

Team Management: Supervise project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution. Assign tasks, set priorities, and foster collaboration among team members.

Network Design: Architect network solutions, encompassing routing, switching, and WAN technologies, in line with business requirements and best practices.

Cisco and Arista Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Cisco and Arista technologies to design and implement network solutions that maximize performance, security, and scalability.

WAN Connectivity: Design, deploy, and optimize wide area network (WAN) solutions, including MPLS, SD-WAN, and other technologies, to facilitate seamless data exchange between locations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of network solutions by conducting thorough testing, performance analysis, and troubleshooting as needed.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing project updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns as necessary.

Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, network diagrams, and configurations.
