• Leading cross functional/technical sessions to compare various products
• Knowledge of various Wokforce management products like below:
o UKG
o Dayforce by Ceridian
o Papershift
o Tamigo
o Planday
o Quinyx
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders to develop solutions and achieve consensus.
• Close collaboration with the Project Manager and Business Analyst to develop and issue RFP
• Working along with Project Manager, Business and client in designing RFP
• Working with 3rd party product and engineering teams to come with final solution

• Experience in retail/mfg space
