JDE Finance Business Analyst – Belgium

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled JDE Finance Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) financial modules and a deep understanding of local tax regulations in Belgium and France. This role involves bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring compliance with regional tax laws, and supporting finance operations through JDE ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Analysis & Design
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for finance processes within JDE.
- Design and configure JDE financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) to meet business needs.
- Tax Compliance & Localization
- Ensure accurate implementation of Belgium and France tax rules (VAT, Intrastat, withholding taxes, etc.) in JDE.
- Maintain compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and liaise with tax authorities when needed.
- Process Optimization
- Identify gaps and propose improvements in financial workflows.
- Support automation and standardization of tax-related processes across regions.
- Testing & Support
- Conduct system testing (UAT, SIT) for finance and tax configurations.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for JDE finance functionalities.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with finance teams, IT developers, and external consultants to deliver solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Belgium and France tax compliance within the organization.
