Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and SQL. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend services that power our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications and external services.
Optimize and fine-tune application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) to design schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance.
Implement security best practices in API development, authentication, and authorization.
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Work with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ for event-driven architecture.
Use CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and automation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
Experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
Good understanding of JPA/Hibernate and database optimization techniques.
Experience with RESTful API development and best practices.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud components (Eureka, Config Server, Gateway, etc.).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
