Job Title: Java Developer

Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our team on a 6-month onsite contract in Bratislava. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java-based development, building scalable applications, and working with modern frameworks and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications
- Work with J2EE technologies to build enterprise-level solutions
- Develop and implement RESTful APIs for system integration
- Utilize Spring Boot to create scalable and efficient microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Java development
- Proficiency in J2EE (Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
