Java Microservices, Spring Boot Experience is MUST
They should be proficient to analyse Incident, identify RCA and develop fix to deploy in production env. Incident Management : Should have good experience in managing application support incidents, complex technical issues, responding to customers, managing incident calls. Identify RCA for each incident by coordinating with stake-holders.
Change Management : Experience in deploying fixes in production environment through GIT LAB, change governance (Change records to implement changes through SCR/TCR)
Cloud Environment skillset : Experience in cloud infrastructure - Monitor logs in cloud env, troubleshooting, start/stop service, deploy fixes through GITLAB
Implement proactive measures to prevent system failures and optimize performance.
Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.
Flexible to work in UK shift, support during releases during weekends, after office hours during weekdays, Oncall support
