Job Title: Jamf SME Support
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jamf SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Jamf Pro and a proven track record of managing and supporting Apple devices in an enterprise environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide expert guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the seamless integration and operation of Jamf solutions.
- Working experience with JAMF platform and JAMF platform components
- Experience in iOS device management
- Experience in MacOS management
- Mobile Application Management for iOS devices
- Application provisioning for MacOS devices
- Reports generation and analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide requirements specification from JAMF operations perspective. Insights into the reports required , workflow for operations etc
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Jamf-related matters.
- Manage and maintain the Jamf Pro environment, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of Apple devices.
- Provide technical support and training to IT staff and end-users on Jamf Pro and Apple device management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Jamf solutions.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Jamf Pro features, updates, and best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Jamf Pro configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Jamf Pro in an enterprise environment.
- Jamf Certified Administrator (JCA) or higher certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Apple device management, including macOS, iOS
- Good in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
