🔍 Role Overview
Join a high-impact transition programme, replacing an existing vendor with a new team of senior specialists. You’ll play a key role in service stability, incident leadership, and process governance during a complex transformation.

🛠️ Key Skills Required

• Strong experience as a Major Incident Manager (MIM) (mandatory)
• Hands-on Problem Management & Change Management
• Proven experience leading CAB meetings & senior stakeholder engagement
• Deep knowledge of ITIL® v4
• Experience in Service Delivery, IT Governance & SIAM
• Strong communication & ability to work under pressure
• ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA Service Management
• Software License & Asset Management (nice to have)

✈️ Travel Requirements

• Initial travel to Warwick & Leeds during transition (expenses covered)
• Note: Leeds-based candidates’ regular commute is not expensed
