We are looking for an experienced ITSM Practitioner with strong ITIL v4 expertise, particularly in Incident Management and Change Management, to support a critical vendor transition project.
๐ Project Overview
This role supports a major transition from an existing vendor to a newly onboarded team of senior technical specialists. The team will lead knowledge transfer, environment discovery, and stabilisation, ensuring service continuity and minimal disruption.

โข Initial travel to Warwick and Leeds required during the transition phase (expenses covered)
โข Once transition is completed, work continues in hybrid mode from the chosen location
โก Ideal Candidate
โ ITIL v4 certified
โ Strong Major Incident & Change Management experience
โ Experience working in enterprise ITSM environments
โ Comfortable collaborating with offshore teams
