JD – IT Support ( Half Day)
Provide IT support two half-days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Handle basic desktop/laptop, hardware, and software issues
Assist users with login, access, and application-related support
Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue resolution when required
Ensure smooth IT operations during designated support hours
Requirements:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT Support / Desktop Support.
Hands-on experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently during designated support hours.
Prior onsite support experience is an added advantage.
