Mandatory Skills:
Windows client OS (Win 10 & Win 11) , SCCM & Intune Staging Exp.
Key Responsiblities:
1. Provide technical support onsite ( windows 10 & 11and Hardware's) to our clients at their location.
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for Desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
3. Efficient onsite troubleshooting and technical support to resolve user issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and enhanced user productivity.
4. Maintain video conference systems.
5. IMACD : Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
6. Supporting Power users in project rollouts and deployments
7. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
8. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
9. Key technician providing Power / Exec support
10. Accurate and up-to-date records of the quantity, model, and condition of all IT devices (notebooks and mobiles) in use.
