As an IT L1 Support Specialist, your core responsibility will be the delivery and setup of laptops for new and existing users. This includes configuring hardware and software, performing initial troubleshooting, and ensuring that all devices are ready for productive use. You will interact with clients and employees in both German and English and will be required to document every laptop delivery and configuration in our internal system.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory for clear communication with German-speaking users.
- Strong data entry skills and comfort using IT systems, software, and inventory tools.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software setup.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while ensuring timely deliveries.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to users.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and inventory tracking
