Wir suchen eine erfahrene Fachkraft im IT Field Service Support für unser Workplace-Services-Team Hauptaufgaben

1. Endbenutzer- und Gerätesupport

- Vor-Ort-Support für Windows 11, macOS/MacBooks, iPhones/iOS und Drucker.

- Hardwarediagnose und Reparatur für HP, Lenovo und andere Clients.

- Unterstützung bei Installation, Konfiguration und Upgrades.

2. Device Lifecycle Management

- Verwaltung des gesamten Gerätelebenszyklus.

- Durchführung von Imaging und Re-Imaging.

- Sichere Datenlöschung und Entsorgungskoordination.

3. Operative Unterstützung & Koordination

- OEMnAbstimmung für Garantie, RMA und Reparaturen.

- Pflege von Asset-Daten.

- Einhaltung der vereinbarten SLAs.

4. ITSM- und Prozessmanagement

- Ticketbearbeitung mit ITSM-Tools.

- Einhaltung von ITnRichtlinien und Compliance.

- Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen.

Erforderliche Qualifikationen

- Mindestens 5 Jahre ITnFieldnServicenErfahrung.

- Kenntnisse in Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Druckern.

- Erfahrung mit HP- und LenovonHardware.

- Imaging, Datenlöschung, Entsorgungsprozesse.

- ITSM-ToolnErfahrung und SLA-Steuerung.

Sprachkenntnisse

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Field Service Support Engineer to join our Workplace Services team Key Responsibilities

1. End-User Device Support

- Provide on-site break/fix support for Windows 11, macOS/MacBooks, iPhones/iOS devices, and printers.

- Troubleshoot hardware for HP, Lenovo, and other endpoint clients.

- Support installation, configuration, and upgrades.

2. Device Lifecycle Management

- Manage complete device lifecycle including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and retirement.

- Perform device imaging and reimaging.

- Execute secure data wipe operations and coordinate disposal.

3. Operational Support & Coordination

- Coordinate with OEM vendors for warranty repairs and replacements.

- Maintain accurate asset records.

- Ensure SLA compliance.

4. ITSM & Process Management

- Handle incidents and requests using ITSM tools.

- Follow IT policies, workplace standards, and compliance.

- Participate in process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years in IT field support.

- Expertise in Windows 11, macOS/MacBook, iPhone/iOS, printers.

- Hardware knowledge: HP, Lenovo.

- Experience with device imaging, data wiping, and disposal coordination.

- ITSM tools and SLA management.

Language Requirements

- German – Mandatory

- English – Added advantage

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified – Windows 11

- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
