Role: Insurance Audit SME + SAS

Role & Responsibilities
- Possess around 10 years of work experience as Insurance Audit SME + SAS.
- Insurance-Specific Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of the European insurance industry, including:
- Insurance Audits for Life and non-life
- Regulatory & compliance
- Use this expertise to guide project outcomes and ensure compliance.
- Ability to analyse data using SAS (Base SAS/SAS DI/SAS EGuide) - Compulsory
- Ability to analyse data using data using SQL - Compulsory
- Language: Dutch (preferred) or French along with English (mandatory)
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the client’s enterprise to identify business challenges, define requirements, and recommend process improvements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Change Management and Training: Support the adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies by creating training materials, conducting workshops, and ensuring smooth transitions for stakeholders.
- Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business partners, to ensure alignment of data and AI initiatives with organisational goals.
You Must Possess
- Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of insurance industry regulations and the ability to incorporate these into business solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights and industry-specific concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a flair for compelling storytelling.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving team performance.
- Drive meaningful customer conversations and achieve positive business outcomes.
- Engage with clients effectively, build strong business networks, and play a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients.
- Maintains an active learning approach, staying current with industry trends, and applying these insights to develop solutions, initiate new projects, and shape capability roadmaps.
- Client office two days a week.
