- Must have knowledge and experience on managing projects that support the build out of IT Infrastructures. Experience with M365 implementations ideally across multiple sites and geos.
- Good working knowledge of the configuration, management, deployment and support of M365 services such as PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, Yammer, Planner and MS Teams.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, commercial & sovereign based Office 365 tenants, Microsoft 365 Groups, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, One Drive for Business and MS Exchange Online.

- Experience of managing IT projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost for large, complex projects
- Recognize project risks, manage and mediates issues, and develop solutions with confidence.
- Perform technical troubleshooting, resolving issues in a timely manner and communicating status to all stakeholders
