Job Summary:
We are seeking an 5 plus years experienced IBM Sysplex / Mainframe Specialist with strong expertise in z/OS environments and proven experience in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Parallel Sysplex environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience of mission-critical financial applications.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IBM Mainframe technologies
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Parallel Sysplex
- Coupling Facility management
- z/OS system programming
- Experience with:
- CICS Transaction Server
- DB2 for z/OS
- IMS
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., IBM System Automation)
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (OMEGAMON, RMF, SMF)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
