About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Hands & Feet Support Engineer to join our Data Centre operations team in Hamburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing physical onsite support to ensure smooth functioning of network, server, and infrastructure equipment within the data centre environment. This role involves handling hardware, performing installations, troubleshooting, and coordinating with remote teams for issue resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years in rack and stack installations, preferably in data centres.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and structured cabling.
- Familiarity with power systems (AC/DC), cable routing, and termination.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of data centre best practices and safety protocols.
