Job Description:
- Test Manager with Guidewire Policy Center, Claim-Center product experience.
- Strong London Markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.
- 15+ Years exp in Testing and possess good Test Management and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test strategy, Test plan and test cases.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- At least 5+ years of experience leading multi-functional teams and/or conducting service improvement projects.
- Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in team environment.
- Proven oversight of projects and the ability to report to senior leadership on all project activities.
- Prince 2 Certification is a plus.
