About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team and play a key role across the consulting lifecycle—from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, scalable full stack applications (UI + backend)
Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Contribute to architecture, development, and deployment of solutions
Write clean, testable code with strong unit test coverage
Debug, refactor, and enhance existing applications
Collaborate with global teams and support client delivery
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of hands-on development experience
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
Frontend experience with React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with Kafka or messaging systems
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong understanding of data structures & algorithms
Experience with databases:
RDBMS (Oracle, DB2)
NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase)
Experience with testing tools like JMeter, Postman, and TDD practices
