Key Technical Skills
Expert-level programming with Node.js (preferably TypeScript).
Intermediate-level programming with React.js for front-end development.
Strong knowledge of secure coding standards — e.g., OWASP Top 10, CWE, and defensive coding principles.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Strong SQL proficiency — experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle preferred.
Skilled in identifying, refactoring, and preventing code anti-patterns; ability to manage technical debt effectively.
Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).
Strong background in test strategy and automation — including unit, integration, performance, and compliance testing.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable services and applications using Node.js and React.js.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security across all software deliverables.
Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to the overall system design and scalability strategy.
Partner with Product Owners, DevOps, and QA to define and deliver high-quality software within agile timelines.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and foster continuous improvement.
Optimize build, deployment, and testing pipelines to ensure reliable and repeatable delivery processes.
Identify, refactor, and resolve technical debt and design anti-patterns to maintain long-term codebase health.
