Technical Skills:

1. Should possess necessary skills and experience to architect a robust software application, in Desktop.

2. Excellent Knowledge of C#, Dot Net, WPF, WCF and Design Patterns

3. Knowledge on MEF, Mocking Framework such as Moq.

4. Excellent knowledge on Unit testing and Unit testing Patterns. TDD Practitioner is a plus.

5. Some knowledge in Python.

6. Should have knowledge to refactor existing code written in C# to make the code robust and performant.

7. Ability to think out of the box in solving hard to reproduce defects.

8. Perform code reviews to ensure faithful implementation of design, with high quality standards.

9. Scrum Agile Experience.

10. Interact with all stakeholders to continuously improve design and architecture of the product.

Domain Skills:

1. Process Simulation domain is a plus.

Soft Skills:

1. Highly Motivated Individual and a Self-Starter

2. Great Oral and Written communication Skills

3. Capability of handling several deadline-driven tasks at once, and comfortable with shifting priorities

4. High-level multi-tasking skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

1. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, MS degree a plus.
