Job Description:
Duties & responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Warmly Welcome and assist visitors, clients or customers.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Print and process invoices accurately & ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers via appropriate channels.
- Monitor and ensure the security of the front desk area.
- Keep the front desk & office area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Plan inhouse or offsite activities as and when required (parties, conferences, training etc)
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues & redirect to appropriate department as required (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements etc).
- Liaising with vendors & Facilities related stakeholders (e.g. Landlord, New Vendors partners, cleaning vendor & Pantry stocking etc)
- Checking on facilities compliance mechanisms when prompted by ROW Compliance team.
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
