Detailed Job Description
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Expertise in D365 FO/FSCM/AX technical development and troubleshooting: SSRS, workflows, deployments, alerts, data management, role permissions.
Strong knowledge of On-Prem and Azure deployments.
Skilled in integration protocols for large-scale system integrations.
Hands-on with Lifecycle Services & Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with SQL, PowerBI, PowerApps, Mulesoft, SPS Commerce, EDI.
Experience designing and developing 3PL integrations.
Strong client interaction and consulting skills.
Ability to lead a team of 5–15 resources across onsite/nearshore/offshore models.
Strong analytical, communication, and solution-design skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of EDI apps (e.g., SPS Commerce) and related integrations.
Troubleshooting support during implementations.
Deep understanding of ERP business processes: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Retail.
