Job Role : Devops Engineer
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer / DevOps Application Analyst to support and enhance our application landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DevOps practices, application support, and middleware technologies, with hands-on experience in Inform RiskShield, Linux environments, and Agile delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support application delivery
- Provide L2/L3 application support for critical systems, including Inform RiskShield
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Administer and maintain Linux (Red Hat) environments
- Deploy, configure, and support JBoss application servers
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and DevOps tools
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for seamless releases
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and governance standards
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation, deployment pipelines)
- Proven experience with Inform RiskShield
- Solid expertise in Linux / Red Hat administration
- Hands-on experience with JBoss / Middleware technologies
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management
- Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or similar)
