Job description:
- More than 8 years of experience in Desktop support
- Expert in O365, teams, Outlook, O365 applications, onedrive
- o365 cloud environments support
- Perform installation, configuration and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktop computers.
- Audio/Video conference support (Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, meeting room equipment fitouts)
- Mobile device management
- VPN Support, Printer support, wifi, network
- Experience in Patch deployment (SCCM)
- Desk side support role for VVIP clients,
- European client facing experience will be preferred.
