Location: Stuttgart, Germany
We are looking for experienced Desktop Support / EUC Engineers to provide on-site end-user computing support for a short-term engagement in Stuttgart, Germany. The ideal candidates should have strong desktop engineering expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in German.
Provide L2/L3 desktop support for end users, including hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Install, configure, and support Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise applications
Perform system upgrades, patching, and software deployments
Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for issue resolution
Maintain documentation and follow standard operating procedures
Deliver high-quality on-site user support with a customer-focused approach
Strong experience in Desktop Support / EUC Engineering
Solid technical and analytical troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, O365
Knowledge of hardware break-fix and imaging tools
Excellent communication skills
German language proficiency – B2 / C1 level (mandatory/preferred)
Experience working in enterprise IT environments
Exposure to SCCM, Intune, VPN, and network troubleshooting
ITIL certification or equivalent
