Responsbilities
1. Review progress at the work stream level and ensure performance against commitments and targets
2. Act as a point of escalation from the work stream level
3. Accountable for all services delivered in the workstream

6. Operations Governance and Management
7. Daily review of engagement health
8. Focus on improving efficiency and future roadmap discussions
