Reports into the Programme Director with the following responsibilities:
· Definition and execution of all aspects of the Migration Plan required to move business functionality and customer data from one set of systems to another
o Development of processes and interworking approach with all key work packages
o Oversees development of technical ‘Data Factory’ capability
· Data completeness / assurance/ quality control of Data Factory deliverables
· Engagement and responsibility of Data Factory resources
· Stakeholder management
· Cutover preparation and business support
· Financial spend tracking and forecasting
· Proven experience of successfully leading large migration programmes
· Experience with resource management, risk identification and management, and progress monitoring
· Experience with data assessment, mappings, modelling and quality assurance
· Able to identify potential security concerns and implement data protection measures throughout the process
· Advanced understanding of latest migration techniques and tools
· Mergers and acquisitions experience desirable
· Able to work under immense pressure and to very tight deadlines
· Willing to work flexible hours to address offshore resource timetables and partner locations
