Requirements :

  • A previous knowledge in Content Management area
  • Experience working with configurable SaaS content management systems would be a plus (fyi we're using Ixiasoft, Antidot, SchemaST4)
  • Experience working with MS Azure, GCP,
  • Experience with Anypoint Mulesoft Platform and APIs
  • Familiarity with content creation tools, including C/CMS (Component / Content
  • Management Systems) and CDS (Content Distribution Systems).
  • Familiarity with Information Typing Standards (ie DITA, XML, HTML)
  • Familiar with Information Architecture
  • Knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices.
  • Ability to actively initiate and lead architecture and processes optimization and introducing new solutions
  • Familiar with PMM and GxP related documentation requirements
  • Experience working in Agile Development Methodologies
  • Experience with Machine Learning Models (i.e. Google AutoML)
  • Experience working with Cornerstone would be a plus
  • Experience working with SFDC would be a plus
  • Experience with DB/ETL best practices would be a nice have
  • Experience with EAI and Ell best practices
  • Experience in the application of various data integration patterns
  • Experience conducting large scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners

Responsibility :

  • Represents system within IT and business
  • Leads a day-to-day team ensuring that the requirements from Business PO are transformed into executable development packages.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to embrace Agile ways of working by enabling and embedding agile performance and practice methodologies
  • Co-creation of vision and strategy for content management in collaboration with business partners, IT experts and external vendors
  • Translates highly complex and ambiguous business needs into detailed requirements, into solutions and procedures meeting current business, customer and technical requirements, while observing defined financial requirements and plans implementation as required
  • Optimize complex business processes at a global level in the area of ​​expertise
  • Develop and manage the respective business critical know-how
  • Incorporate data-driven operational and adoption metrics used to inform stakeholders as part of the roadmap planning process
  • Working together with the business and IT leadership define the future roadmaps
  • Completes compliance documentation, audits, vulnerability testing
  • Owns processes for access requests, change requests, incidents
  • Owns escalations and engagements with vendor
  • Assesses updates and patches, plans implementation as necessary
  • Driving appropriate architecture
  • Planning, organizing, and structuring complex work
  • Analysis and evaluation of requirements and business needs
  • Create and design complex solutions, procedures and business processes that meet business, customer and technological requirements;
  • Evaluate alternative informatics technologies where required and research industry best practices and emerging trends
  • Takes development tasks where needed
