Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Change Management & Training Implementation Lead to support transformation initiatives within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will drive organizational change strategies and lead training implementation to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end change management strategies for business and technology transformations
- Design and implement training programs to support organizational change initiatives
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Develop communication plans to ensure effective engagement across all levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve change and training approaches
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback loops
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial sector
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Change Management and Training Implementation
- Strong experience in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs
- Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience designing and delivering training content and programs
- Ability to work onsite in Germany (Bad Homburg / Nuremberg)
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci)
- Experience with digital transformation or system implementation projects
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in financial services
